About this fancy font & bio generator
Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and most apps don’t let you change fonts, but they do display Unicode symbols. This generator swaps each letter for a look-alike character from Unicode’s mathematical, enclosed and phonetic blocks, so the style travels with the text wherever you paste it.

- Type your name, bio line or caption in the box.
- Scroll through the live previews of every style.

Frequently asked questions
How do I change the font in my Instagram bio?
Type your bio here, tap the style you like to copy it, then open Instagram › Edit profile › Bio and paste. The 150-character bio limit still applies, and some styled letters count as two characters.
Why do some characters show as boxes?
Older phones or apps may lack fonts for some Unicode symbols. Bold, italic and script are the most widely supported; squared and parenthesized styles are the least.
Are fancy fonts bad for accessibility or search?
Screen readers may read styled letters as math symbols, and search engines won’t match them as normal words. Use them for decoration, not for keywords you want found.
Can I use these fonts in YouTube titles?
You can, but YouTube may strip or penalize unusual characters, and they hurt search. Keep titles in plain text and use styles in descriptions or community posts.
Is this free?
Yes, free and unlimited. Nothing you type is stored.
